Chairman
David became a director of °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ (formerly the Hibu Group) in March 2014 and was appointed as a non-executive director of certain subsidiaries in the °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ Group of companies in December 2019. Subsequently, in February 2020 David became Interim Executive Chairman of the Group and Chairman from May 2021.
After serving in the British Army for five years, he joined the international investment bank Lazard in London in 1983 and spent the next 25 years working in the City punctuated by a two-year period at Vodafone where he headed up their corporate finance activities.
He set up his own corporate finance business, EPL Advisory, in 2008 which focuses on advice to boards around strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and the disclosure obligations of listed companies. He chairs Howe Robinson Partners, a shipbroking business.
He is chair of the Lazard Pension Scheme trustees, chair of the Oxford University Press Pension Scheme trustees and a director of Bibby Line Group, a family-owned business based in Liverpool, where he chairs the audit committee and is Senior Independent Director.
He is a maths and philosophy graduate of Oxford University.
Executive Deputy Chairman
Rob became a director of °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ (formerly the Hibu Group) in March 2014 and was Chief Financial Officer of the Company until August 2018. He has a deep understanding of the company’s operations and history having spent 20 years working in the business.
Rob is also the Chair of °ÅÀÖÊÓƵow Pages Canada.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Swansea University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Director
Parm was appointed as Non-Executive Director of °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ (formerly the Hibu Group) in December 2015. He is currently Managing Director of Tamita Singapore Advisors, a management consulting and investment advisory firm, and Chairman of ABS Group, a global provider of satellite data and broadcast services. He is also an executive mentor with Merryck & Co.
Parm has extensive board experience, particularly in financial sponsor backed private companies, having previously chaired Wind Hellas, JPI Media, Merapar and dataffirm and served as NED of Eircom. He was formerly a Non-Executive Director of publicly listed Central European Media Enterprises, where he chaired the nomination and corporate governance and special committees, and an independent member of the Financial and General Purposes Committee of the University of Warwick.
Prior to his non-executive roles Parm served as CEO of Unitymedia, at the time Europe’s third largest broadband cable operator controlled by Apollo Global Management. He is a former Finance Director of Liberty Media International and held several senior finance and strategy positions at Telewest Communications (now Virgin Media O2). Parm also formerly represented the cable industry at an international level through his membership of the board of ANGA, the Association of German Cable Operators, and the Executive Committee of Cable Europe.

Parm graduated from Cambridge University with a first-class honours degree in mathematics and is a fellow at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a chartered marketeer.
